Popping in to share a few ways to use peaches! I recently picked a bunch of peaches from a friend’s tree and simply froze tons of peach slices. I have a few left and looked up lots of whole food plant based peach recipes and thought I’d share my ideas with you.
Peaches on granola with dairy-free yogurt or milk
Peaches on Oatmeal–simply dice peaches onto your morning oatmeal!
Peach Beet Couscous Salad (can omit oil if you want and use whole grain couscous)
Peach Quinoa Summer Salad (can omit olive oil if you want)
Honey Peach Popsicles (I made these with Kitehill almond milk yogurt and they were so yummy!)
