This mix makes a very appreciated gift, or a time-saving breakfast hack for you!
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a quart-size jar or bag.
For each cup of pancake mix, add 1 cup milk (any kind). Stir gently, then let rest for 5 minutes while your skillet heats up on medium-high. Pour 1/4 cup at a time on hot skillet and flip when bubbles appear. Enjoy your fluffy, wholesome pancakes with applesauce, honey, pure maple syrup, berries, nut butter, and/or bananas.
For banana pancakes, you can add 1 small mashed banana to the batter for each cup of mix. For sweeter pancakes, add 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to the batter if you didn't include coconut sugar in the mix.
1 cup pancake mix makes about 7 pancakes.
