  • 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 whole orange, peeled (or a scoop of orange juice concentrate)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks
  • 1 thumb-size piece of ginger root
  • 1 cup water


  1. Blend all together until smooth and creamy.
